Dagger Skateboards Business Account Terms

These Business Account Terms apply to approved retailers, distributors, and resellers purchasing Dagger Skateboards products for resale.

Account Approval

Business accounts are available to legitimate businesses and approved resellers. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Dagger Skateboards reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or close a business account at any time.

Business Pricing

Approved accounts receive access to pricing based on their assigned account type. Pricing is intended only for the approved business associated with the account and may change without notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dagger Skateboards. Payment is due at checkout unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.

Sales Tax and Resale Documentation

Applicable sales tax will be charged unless Dagger Skateboards has valid documentation supporting tax-exempt resale. Businesses requesting tax-exempt purchasing may be required to provide a valid resale certificate or other supporting documentation.

Shipping

Shipping charges, available services, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Shipping rates and policies may vary based on account type, order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

Returns and Claims

Business orders are subject to Dagger Skateboards return and claims policies. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be reported promptly after delivery.

Account Use

Business Portal access is intended only for the approved business and its authorized users. Login credentials and business pricing should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

Resale

Products purchased through a Dagger business account are intended for legitimate resale through approved retail, distribution, or online sales channels.

Dagger Skateboards may update these Business Account Terms as its programs, pricing, or policies change. Continued use of a business account constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
