Dagger Skateboards Wholesale Terms

These Wholesale Terms apply to approved dealer accounts purchasing Dagger Skateboards products for resale.

Dealer Approval

Wholesale accounts are available to legitimate retail businesses and approved resellers. Submission of a dealer application does not guarantee approval. Dagger Skateboards reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or close a wholesale account.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved dealers receive access to Dagger Skateboards dealer pricing. Wholesale pricing is intended only for the approved business associated with the account and may change from time to time.

Orders and Payment

All wholesale orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dagger Skateboards. Payment is due at checkout unless different payment terms have been approved in writing.

Sales Tax and Resale Certificates

Applicable sales tax will be charged unless Dagger Skateboards has valid documentation supporting a sale for resale. California dealers seeking resale treatment may provide a valid California resale certificate. Dagger Skateboards may request additional documentation when necessary.

Shipping

Shipping charges, delivery times, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the order and destination. Dealers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Returns and Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect wholesale shipments promptly after delivery. Any shortages, shipping damage, or defective merchandise should be reported to Dagger Skateboards as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Account Use

Wholesale accounts and dealer pricing are not transferable. Account credentials should only be used by authorized representatives of the approved dealer.

Changes to These Terms

Dagger Skateboards may update these Wholesale Terms from time to time. Continued use of an approved wholesale account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By placing a wholesale order with Dagger Skateboards, you acknowledge and agree to these Wholesale Terms.
