  <h2>Order Processing</h2>

    Orders are processed within <strong>1–3 business days</strong> (Monday–Friday). During high-volume
    periods such as new drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional
    <strong>1–2 business days</strong>.

  <p>
    You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation
    email with tracking information once your order ships.
  </p>

  <h2>Shipping Rates &amp; Delivery Times</h2>
  <p>
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
    Estimated U.S. delivery times:

    <li><strong>Standard Shipping:</strong> 3–7 business days</li>
    <li><strong>Expedited Shipping:</strong> 2–3 business days</li>
    <li><strong>Priority Shipping:</strong> 1–2 business days</li>

  <h2>Free Shipping</h2>

    We offer <strong>Free U.S. Shipping</strong> on orders over <strong>$XX</strong> before tax and

  <h2>International Shipping</h2>
  <p>
    We ship to select countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible
    for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
    These costs are <strong>not</strong> included in our shipping rates.

    International delivery typically takes <strong>7–21 business days</strong>, depending on destination
    and customs processing times.

  <h2>Tracking Information</h2>

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to
    <strong>24–48 hours</strong> for tracking information to update after the shipment has been created.

  <h2>Wrong Address / Address Changes</h2>
  <p>
    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize
    there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us <strong>immediately</strong> at

    If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address. In such cases, we are
    not responsible for replacing or refunding orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

  <h2>Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages</h2>

    Once an order is marked <strong>Delivered</strong> by the carrier, the package is considered the
    responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after
    delivery.

    If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking
    number. You can also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist with a claim.

    If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damage and packaging within
    <strong>48 hours</strong> of delivery to

  <h2>Pre-Orders &amp; Limited Drops</h2>

    Pre-order items will display an estimated ship date on the product page. Please note this is an
    estimate and may vary slightly.

    If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once
    all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
