We want you to be stoked on your Dagger Skateboards gear. If something isn’t right with your order, please review the policy below and reach out so we can help.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or skated decks
- Decks or products with grip tape applied (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
- Limited drops or special release items marked as final sale
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@daggerskateboards.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The email address used at checkout
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond with instructions and the return shipping address if your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@daggerskateboards.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and help make it right.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
