Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dagger Skateboards. Here’s how shipping works.

Order Processing

Most orders are printed/finished and shipped the same business day when placed before 5pm PST (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 5pm PST ship the next business day.

During drops, sales, or heavy volume, processing may take 1–3 business days.

You’ll get an order confirmation email when you place the order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout for most items. Decks ship at flat rates below.

Skateboard Deck Shipping (U.S.)
USPS Ground Advantage — 1 Deck: $14.95 (estimated 3–6 business days)
USPS Ground Advantage — 2+ Decks: $19.95 (estimated 3–6 business days)

Carrier delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the U.S. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges from their country (not included in our rates).

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after the label is created.

Wrong Address / Address Changes

Double-check your address at checkout. If you need a change, email us ASAP at info@daggerskateboards.com.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address. We’re not responsible for replacing or refunding orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package looks lost in transit, contact the carrier first with your tracking number. You can also reach out and we’ll do our best to help with a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, email clear photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours to info@daggerskateboards.com.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-order items will show an estimated ship date on the product page (estimates can shift).

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order may ship together once everything is available unless stated otherwise.
